Meet Laura
Founder of Verity Care Transitions
Laura Vines is the founder and sole owner of Verity Care Transitions, a Florida- based company dedicated to guiding families through the challenges of healthcare transitions with honesty, compassion, and clarity. With a passion for helping others navigate complex medical and long-term care decisions, Laura founded Verity Care Transitions to ensure families feel supported, informed, and empowered at every step of their journey.

Her work is grounded in the belief that every family deserves personalized guidance —not just a list of options. Laura partners with families to simplify transitions, whether it's finding the right care setting, coordinating services, or easing the stress of difficult choices.
When she's not serving families, Laura enjoys spending time in the beautiful Florida sunshine with her family and friends.
Laura has been a Registered Nurse for 20+ years and 14 as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, solely in Geriatric care. She has a strong passion for the elderly population and all they deserve later in life. Laura chose the name "Verity Care Transitions" based upon the definition of Verity- "a true principle or belief." Laura's true belief is that every individual deserves quality care and genuine compassion as they age.
